A Native of Chicago, Kathy received her degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. Though her major was in Business Administration & Marketing, her interests were in the arts. Coming from a family consisting of an oil painter, Japanese art store clerk, & graphic designer, she was easily influenced. Kathy studied Japanese classical dance for 10 years as a youth & began working in commercial photo studios as a teen. Having worked all over this country in both print & motion, she now lives in a northern suburb of Chicago.
